We represent the Trailblazer Chapter of the Professional Loadmasters Association located at Altus AFB Ok.  Altus AFB recently established a  C-141 static display located on the Altus AFB parade grounds.  The Trailblazer Chapter of the PLA has been granted permission to build a memorial in front of the aircraft to honor C-141 crew members who have made the ultimate sacrifice while performing duties on the aircraft. 

The memorial will be positioned in front of the C-141 and will list the Date, Tail Number, Crew Members Name and Crew Position on the front of the monument.
